We love working in The Butcher’s Block. Working here is more than just a job. We are part of a community made up of us, the butchers and service staff, our managing director, the company owner and all of the people who come into the store every day. We actually look forward to getting up every day and coming to work because we know we are going to meet wonderful people, both new and familiar faces. The stories we hear, the laughs we have, all make for something more than just another local butcher.
Yes, we may be biased, but together we have gathered some reasons as to why we think you should love The Butcher’s Block as much as we do.
Tradition is important when it comes to a butcher. The Butcher’s Block is at the forefront of Cribbins’ Family Meats which was established by Tom Cribbin in 1992. Cribbins’ has over three generations of butchery in the family, not to mention the lengthy experience each of our butchers have in our stores.
We believe in traditional values of excellent quality and exceptional service that is sadly dwindling from the experience of shopping with bland Supermarkets and self-service checkout.
Customer always comes first
We always put our customer’s needs first. We know that you want to buy the best quality meat at a price that doesn’t leave your wallet bare. We work hard to find the highest quality cuts and the best value so we can, in turn, offer the best prices to you without holding back on the quality of our meat.
We wouldn’t serve it if we wouldn’t want our kids to eat
This is a rule in The Butcher’s Block. With so many convenience foods riddled with harmful additives out there, as a parent it can be quite daunting to be sure that you are providing your kids with the best quality foods. At The Butcher’s Block we ensure that all of our meats are brought in complete unprocessed. All of our Sausages are made by Cribbins in Rathangan, our mince is ground in store and is as lean as you could get, and our burgers are made from the very same mince.
Relax in the knowledge that you are saving pennies and feeding your family a health, nutritious meal.
We’d love to hear why you love The Butcher’s Block! Head over to our Facebook page and let us know.
