6. When marinating meat, cover and store in a refrigerator.
7. Ensure burgers and sausages are thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
8. When roasting a stuffed joint remember to weigh the joint after stuffing, then calculate the cooking time.
9. Food thermometers can be used to ensure internal food temperatures are sufficiently hot.
10. It is vital for safety and quality that food is stored at the correct temperature. Raw meat should always be stored on the bottom shelf of the fridge and cooked food separately above.
